The Constitution specifies that Annual General Meetings must be held pursuant to the requirements of the law. It also allows for general meetings, including elective Congresses held every four years. Dates of these meetings will be announced to members.
The day to day business of CFF Ltd will be managed by the Board which will meet as often as required.
