Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Commonwealth Fencing Federation (CFF) has been updated to include exact details of the venue.
The meeting will take place on Saturday 20 July 2019 at 3:00 PM (Budapest time), at the
Radisson Blu Béke Hotel, Teréz krt. 43. H-1067 Budapest, Hungary in the Juliet Meeting
Room.
As outlined in the Constitution, each Member is entitled to appoint up to two Member’s
Representatives who are entitled to attend the Meeting. Members entitled to vote at the
meeting may in their absence appoint a proxy using the Notice of Proxy (Appendix C of the
Constitution).
The Business to be transacted is listed in the attached Agenda.
There is no intention to propose any special resolutions.
