After the recent sad loss of our long-standing Secretary-General, Peter Andersen, Dr Peter Osvath (AUS) has been appointed as his successor.

As you may be aware, under our current constitution, the Secretary-General is appointed by the President.

Peter and I have previously worked together in Fencing in Australia, and I am delighted that he has agreed to take on the role as I have great confidence in his experience and competence. He has many years of experience in all aspects of our sport and still competes in both national and international tournaments.

I commend Peter to you and hope that you will soon hear from him on CFF matters.
