Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of the Commonwealth Fencing Federation Limited (CFF). According to the Constitution, this General Meeting is a Congress for the purposes of the Constitution.
The meeting will take place at 5:30 PM (Australian Eastern Daylight Time), in:

As outlined in the Constitution, each Member is entitled to appoint up to two Member's Representatives who are entitled to attend the Meeting. Members entitled to vote at the meeting may in their absence appoint a proxy using the Notice of Proxy (Appendix C of the Constitution).

There is no intention to propose any special resolutions.
