Notice of the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Commonwealth Fencing Federation (CFF)
The meeting will take place on Saturday 22 August 2020 at 8:00 PM (Australian Eastern
Standard Time)

As outlined in the Constitution, each Member is entitled to appoint up to two Member’s Representatives who are entitled to attend the Meeting. Only ONE Member’s Representative is Members entitled to vote at the meeting. Members may, in their absence appoint a proxy using the Notice of Proxy (Appendix C of the Constitution).
